Hear From Our Team

“I recently celebrated 9 years with the organization and can say this is truly a remarkable company to work FOR, with remarkable staff to work WITH! As a younger team overall, there is a vibrancy, enthusiasm and drive unlike many other organizations and this is just one reason why Axiom Equipment is so great to work for. However, I feel like our older staff also bring that healthy balance of experience and knowledge that is so critical as well. Moving into our new head office a couple years ago has brought us closer together, allowed us to be more efficient and to bring our products closer to our clients with our new studio and training centre. The direction the company is going with the innovative new products is also exciting because it shows the investment into the industry, the knowledge of what the industry needs while also showing how a business can succeed in smaller communities. I have felt over the last year that the leadership of Axiom Equipment did an amazing job of keeping the staff not only employed but also connected and engaged while being profitable through the tough times that COVID-19 presented. One standout feature I have to mention is how Axiom has always invested in their staff in so many ways. One example for me was the opportunity to go to Australia to learn about how companies in another country deal with great distances to supply equipment. Another example is how I was given the opportunity to attend the Bauma tradeshow in Germany to learn what industry leading products that we could bring to market. I just want to finish with how impressed I am with the way our entire team is committed to client success and how we all live and breathe our Mission, Vision and Values every day here at Axiom Equipment. This is probably one of our most defining characteristics here at Axiom!”
